Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel

Boa localização para o que precisávamos, hotel limpo com funcionários simpáticos, nosso quarto não estava pronto na primeira noite, então tivemos um temporário e depois pegamos nosso quarto. No dia 2, sem problemas, tudo estava bem, o café da manhã era bom, a área da piscina era um pouco pequena

fica a cerca de 35 km do aeroporto Dubai DXB, taxa de táxi para o hotel cerca de AED100 perto da cidade de Internet de Dubai, fácil de pegar táxi / Uber, mas o trânsito é sempre ruim nos horários de pico durante a semana não há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades, o café da manhã do hotel está ok

Foi uma experiência muito agradável, não me arrependi de reservar neste hotel, tranquilo, confortável, o que mais gostei foram as camas, dormi bem, com certeza voltarei a reservar no futuro, Um pequeno comentário, mencionei que é aniversário da minha namorada, mas infelizmente não houve reação.

Não vale a pena, a recepção é a pior de todas, eles são tão rudes e as mudanças prometem muito rápido. O café da manhã é mediano. Todos os serviços adicionais são cobrados, o que não acontece em outros hotéis. Nenhum gerente de plantão o tempo todo para cuidar das necessidades dos hóspedes. Hotel administrado por funcionários próprios, para que eles decidissem as coisas de acordo com o que acreditam ser certo. O serviço de limpeza leva para que todos respondam e são inúteis. Os funcionários do serviço de quarto são tão rudes e não ouvem. A piscina é boa, mas tem uma quantidade enorme de clorex. Ficamos doentes depois de usar a piscina. A entrega de comida não é permitida dentro e você deve escolher seu pedido na área de espera do estacionamento com manobrista. Não é recomendado e não irá lá novamente, o mesmo valor gasto pode ser gasto em outro lugar.

Ótimo hotel

I have a very negative opinion about this hotel. I booked a Deluxe room with two separate beds with full payment, when checking in at the reception at 16:00 (check-in from 14:00) they said your room is dirty - I will give you a drink of coffee or tea. There was no answer on how long to wait and why the number was not ready. They offered a room with one king-size bed, I agreed well with this option, the whole evening I asked 4 times for a second blanket, which was never brought. Mom and her adult son had to sleep under the same blanket, I am outraged and I paid for this in advance!!! The area towards the sea is cozy with parks, fountains and a golf course, on the other side there is a desert with barbed wire. Booking a transfer to the beach is problematic, there are few places and booking for two days in advance is impossible, only for the next one (but everything is already booked there), it’s better to do it at night after 24:00 right away. Two towers - one hotel with transfer included, the second tower of apartments without transfer, however, people from the apartments manage to run ahead of everyone and take up seats on the bus and others from the hotel do not have enough seats when going to the jbr beach. There’s also a bird’s nest right above the entrance to the hotel, it dived into my head twice and all the workers saw it and shrugged. Breakfast and lunch are good! Water in the room is constantly replenished free of charge. Room 0414 is damp and cold, the floor in the bathroom is cold like in an operating room, they turned off the air conditioning and opened the window to warm up. Neighbors say, knowing about this problem of rooms, they asked for rooms higher, about the 20th floor and above, they are better there. There are many grocery stores nearby, which is a plus. You can walk to the metro, but you can also take a shuttle to the Emirates Mall and get on the metro straight from the Mall. Hot water tends to run out at lunchtime when the hotel's consumption is high. It's easy to find yourself lathered under cold water.

Everything was good apart of this smell in room every day coming up I guess from restaurant on 1st floor, even we been based in 14th floor, breakfast was kind basic and I got bored after 3 days of having it. Staff was helpful and kind , free buses to some places in Dubai stoping next to hotel also was a plus.

It’s spacious and clean, very comfortable. The service is excellent! The view may not be too good as it located next to a large piece of remote land, but at night you could still see the long bright lights coming from Dubai developed areas.
